Return & Refund Policy

At UrbanVerge, we strive to ensure every order reaches you in perfect condition. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing an order.

Returns Eligibility

We only accept returns in cases where:

• The product received is damaged or defective.

Returns will not be accepted for:

• Change of mind
• Minor color variations due to photography or screen settings
• Used or worn products
• Products requested after the return window

Return Window

Any return request must be raised within 24 hours of delivery.

Requests made after 24 hours from the delivery time will not be eligible for return or refund.

How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at:

Please include:

• Your Order ID
• Product images clearly showing the damage
• Brief description of the issue

Once your request is reviewed and approved, our team will provide you with the return details.

Return Pickup Process

UrbanVerge will arrange the return pickup for eligible orders.

You do not need to:

• Pack the shipment professionally
• Courier the product yourself

Our delivery partner will visit your location to collect the return shipment. You simply need to hand over the product securely.

Refund Mode & Processing Time

Once the returned product is received and successfully inspected by our team, the refund process will be initiated.

Refund Mode

Refunds will be processed through the original payment method used while placing the order, including:

• UPI
• Credit/Debit Card
• Net Banking
• Wallet Payments

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, refunds may be processed via:

• Bank Transfer
• UPI Transfer

Customers may be asked to share bank account or UPI details for COD refunds.

Refund Processing Duration

• Refunds are typically initiated within 5–7 business days after successful product inspection.
• Depending on your bank or payment provider, it may take additional time for the amount to reflect in your account.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before they are shipped. Once dispatched, orders cannot be cancelled.
